ABOUT THE POSITION
The Systems Developer is responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operations of software systems integrations. This includes custom software integrating with back-office systems, Salesforce.com, ConnectWise, and GIS Systems.
REPORTS TO
- Senior Business Analyst
SUPERVISES
- No direct reports
- May lead, train, or participate in work team assignments
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Translate business needs to technical specifications
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts
- Generate visually appealing and insightful reports
- Integrate Power BI reports into other applications
- Create custom visualizations and implement row-level security
- Build data models and develop dashboards using Power BI Desktop
- Develop tabular and multidimensional models
- Collaborate with developers and analysts to design and develop data visualizations
- Use advanced calculations on data sets using DAX functions
- Test formulas and visualizations to ensure functionality
- Document processes and methodologies
- Maintaining Power BI reporting environments

- Proficiency in Power BI and DAX
QUALIFICATIONS
Key qualifications required to fill this position are:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Power BI Service, and SQL Server
- Experience in data preparation and data warehousing projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field a plus
- Providing certifications in specific technologies and methodologies a plus
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Minimum of 30 hours per week
- Remote or On Site (On Site preferred)
