Any streaming TV services subscribed to are optional and would be billed seperately via MyBundle TV or directly from the streaming service.
Symmetrical speeds mean that your upload and download speeds are the same. This is beneficial for activities like video conferencing, live streaming, and uploading large files. All Joink residential fiber internet plans include symmetrical speeds to enhance your experience. Symmetrical speeds are not available with traditional cable internet.

Fiber installation involves running a fiber-optic cable from the nearest distribution point to your home. A Joink technician will set up the necessary equipment, such as an Optical Network Terminal (ONT), to connect you to the fiber network. The process is generally quick and minimally invasive.
