The service, for the cost is outstanding. I live in a small town country type setting in Illinois and have been with Joink for many years... I'm truly impressed with the company. They have a great customer service department and are truly concerned about the customer... A rarity these days. 4.8 stars!

They are a solid company with decent customer service. Sometimes when calling support they will walk through the simple steps of restarting but after the three simple steps they are out of ideas and put you on hold for 35+mins

Have a business. Could not connect to post menus and events. Called and IT guys have day jobs only. No after hours IT support. At least the credit card link works. Don’t go to war with these guys and girls

Just spoke to the worst salesman....should not be representing your company in this awful manner, not sure who hurt him but he should not be interacting with the public
