They are a solid company with decent customer service. Sometimes when calling support they will walk through the simple... steps of restarting but after the three simple steps they are out of ideas and put you on hold for 35+minsread more

Have a business. Could not connect to post menus and events. Called and IT guys have day jobs only. No after hours... IT support. At least the credit card link works. Don’t go to war with these guys and girlsread more
