Maxine Resler; Pianist
Maxine (Cullison) Resler is a native of Greene County, Indiana. She is a
Social Worker and is employed as such for Hospice of Bloomington, Indiana.
She is a member of the Church of God, Cleveland Assembly.
Maxine is the proud mother of Bob, the proud mother-in-law of Lynette and the
really proud "granny" of Mary Rose. Maxine's husband (Jim) plays
bass guitar for the quartet and both are original members of the C. C. Q.
She has loved music for as long as she can remember and she started playing
instruments when her grandmother bought her an accordion when she was about 6
years old. Her fondness for playing musical instruments started then and
has not subsided. She has sang and played in her church throughout the
years.
Maxine is excited and honored to have the opportunity to serve the Lord by
playing piano for the Crimson Cross Quartet and she continually thanks the Lord
for opening doors that allow her to serve Him more and more. She believes
that the Lord is returning soon and wants to remind listeners of His love and
mercy through her music. Psalm 13: 6 reads; "I will sing unto the
Lord, because He hath dealt bountifully with me." The Lord certainly
is good.
