This page is dedicated to any and all MoPar cars that have ever been or will ever be. No other brand of car will ever be found among these pages!!

ATTENTION: BE AWARE, SPREAD THE WORD! My ISP was bought out a while back, and now the new ISP, joink.com, has decided to do away with the old abcs.com server. Soooooooooooooooooooo my URL is now http://www.joink.com/homes/users/cooke/welcome.html. Since I am being forced to switch ISPs/URLs, I will probably be switching ISPs again, to a dedicated server with different company. I might as well go with something cheaper, something I like better, and something that wont force me to change my URL again! Eventually I will probably have my own domain as well (something like www.claysmopars.com). Stay tuned, and thanks! -Clay

UPDATE: Most people know, some dont, and some just dont care, BUT for those who might be intersted, I was married, and happily, on October 30, of this year (2004, in case I dont update this again for a while!). I know, I know, I really need to update this page more often! :) Im going to make an effort to do so, especially if I get a new car. For "me" updates go here: Clay's Complete Guide to Clay

So, in my quest for inexpensive MoPar fun, I purchased an 87 GLHS, which I owned for about 2 years, then sold when I found a MUCH nicer one owner 87 Shelby GLH-S in excellent all original condition! For those of you who dont know much about these wrong wheel drive cars, they are boat loads of fun, inexpensive to make fast, and dont look *to* bad for an 80s FWD car. I know, I know, a FWD??!?!?! car? Yeah, Im not loaded yet, if I were, my Road Runner would be done! But these cars are just to much fun, and for cheap! My first GLHS dynoed at 200HP to the FRONT wheels, with basically no modifications. Its was a great little car, kinda cramped for my large frame, but VERY fun to drive. You just can't beat cheap and fun! BUT, there is still something GREAT about expensive and fun RWD big block cars!

On top of this, Ive also purchased quite a few other cars, but most of them have come and gone. I have held on to one other, a brother to the Shelby GLHS, an 86 Omni GLH-T! Yes, a 4 door, FWD, econo-BOX (I emphasize the BOX part for a reason!). This one is a project/toy so that I don't go out and mod the prestine one owner GLHS and ruin it. I bought this car with about 6 holes in the stock 525 manual transmission. It has now been pulled, and in its place is a Cliff Ramsdell 520/555 hybrid! The car actually drives now, but I need to repair some common floor rot first, here are some pictures........

.............one day, I WILL get to the Road Runner, and that day will be SOON!

With my new Turbo Dodge interests, I have also taken on a new segment to my web page. I volunteered to take over the SDML Readers Rides pages, as well as the C/S Registry from the great guy who started the pages, Butch. He has agreed to let me take over these very well put together pages and host them on my site. Here are the links:

Also, for those of you who would like questions answered, want info on fender tags, or VIN codes, or any original info about your car, or what ever... feel free to ask... I got lots of stuff for reference and would be happy to make use of it....

I recently started a web ring for the 1996 Dodge Indy Rams. It is coming together quite nicely and can be found here: Indy Web Ring

Plymouth Road Runner Registry (Now with ON-LINE REGISTRATION!!)
Well for those of you who don't know it, I have opened my History of the Road Runner page up, and it is very slowly growing, but now since I have started this I have gotten a good idea. I am going to start a Road Runner Registry (RRR) of all Road Runners from 1968 all the way to 1980. It doesn't matter what shape or anything, for more info one what to do, go to my Road Runner page here

1999 Jeep Wrangler

My daily driver with a 2 inch lift and 33s, which usually has a soft top
When I met my now wife in 1999, she was driving something that wasn't in very good shape, and more importantly, not a MoPar. We set out to rid her of the not so flattering ride, and get something a little more fun, and a little more MoPar (afterall, I cant afford the Panther Pink  70 Charger she *really* wants). So, we found a nice Jeep Wrangler Sport. The price was ok, and they gave us good money on the trade. She loves this Jeep, and she wont let it out of the family now! (just like ME!). Here in early 2004 we took advantage of some good deals at the local Dodge dealer and purchased a new 2004 Dodge Durango SLT with a Hemi! So, Ive taken over this Jeep as my daily driver. This allowed me to park the Indy Ram for some much needed TLC.
