Joink, LLC was founded as an Internet Service Provider, providing dial-up, DSL and fixed wireless broadband Internet services. Today, the company provides connectivity for customers who span the landscape from residential to enterprise using technologies that include leased lines, unlicensed wireless, licensed wireless, and fiber optics. The company provides managed hosting services including virtual machine, web/email, and offsite backup storage. The Company’s technology services group leverages its enterprise knowledge of networking, software, storage, and telephony technologies to provide design, installation, and continued supported around key technologies from companies such as VMware, Cisco, Veeam and Microsoft. And most recently Joink offers managed services – a platform that provides consistent, stable, and reliable IT experiences for end users of PCs, tablets, mobile devices, network infrastructure, and printers delivered through a proactive and layered security approach.


This position will coordinate printing and delivery of media, both printed and digital. This position will manage Joink’s social media presence as well as Joink’s webpage and interactive content such as online enrollment and service portals. This position will be responsible for coordinating internal and external events such as employee and customer appreciation and recognition activities. This position will work with the Sales Manager to foster positive brand awareness across the organization, promoting Joink in the areas in which we service as well as with the Graphics Designer to develop informative interactive media.

  1. Establish and maintain brand standards through style guides for various ways in which the Joink logos are used internally, externally, and on various online and printed materials. Train on such usage.
  2. Responsible for day-to-day digital content authoring, social media review
  3. Coordinate creation of social media content, banners, other marketing materials on an as needed basis
  4. Maintain and update content on the Joink website via CMS
  5. Monitor and disposition customer feedback via social media
  6. Study new markets and evaluate those markets for Joink
  7. Develop innovative marketing campaigns to reach customers within footprint
  8. Author and edit proposals for various business units, engaging other team members where applicable, with a specific focus on consistency and professionalism in formatting of response
  9. In conjunction with colleagues, attend Chamber of Commerce events and other networking opportunities
  10. Act as a spokesperson for the Joink brand in new and existing markets and facilitate meetings and discussions with community leaders as necessary

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication/marketing/journalism (preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and brand development
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Desire to engage in lifelong learning
  • Experience with as a lead/opportunity management tool
  • Candidate must be willing to reside near or commute to Terre Haute, Indiana.


  • 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday, with overtime as needed
  • Occasional before work/after work meetings and events
  • Less than 5% overnight travel
