Josh Zuerner – Chief Technology Officer
Josh Zuerner is responsible for technology decisions and design strategies for Joink and its professional service clients. In addition to a successful history designing and implementing large scale voice and data networks, he is an accomplished networking professional and application developer. His experience includes professional application development with a variety of programming platforms and production networking experience with the major network infrastructure platforms and protocols. His technical expertise includes server consolidation, desktop virtualization, application development, and data center infrastructure. Prior to his executive responsibilities at Joink, Mr. Zuerner was involved in the K-12 educational environment in both an instructional and management role. Mr. Zuerner earned a B.S. in Industrial Management at Purdue University.
Brian Gray – Connectivity Manager
In his role as Connectivity Manager, Brian Gray is responsible for managing all aspects of the day-to-day technical operations of the Internet Service Provider (ISP) network, including the Company’s wireless network, DSL, and T1 data lines. Mr. Gray has extensive experience in information technology services and support. He has significant experience providing support to Higher Education, particularly in the deployment of new technology, computer repair, and all aspects of network infrastructure.
Chad Killion, Client Services Technical Manager
Chad, in his current role as Client Services Technical Manager at Joink, is responsible for all of the technical aspects of projects for the Client Services team. He is instrumental in crafting the implementation plan, supervising the work, and follows-up post installation as it pertains to testing and evaluation of the solution. In addition, he specializes in VMware configuration and deployment in the small business to enterprise scope. Chad also has many years of experience supporting and configuring the hardware and software necessary to business such as Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange, and SQL Server. Chad is also proficient in Cisco UCS, Microsoft Powershell, ASP Classic and VBscript.
Jackie McDonald, Client Services Operations Manager
Jackie McDonald, as the Client Services Operations Manager for Joink, is responsible for managing the timeline and scheduling of resources for the Client Services team. She also provides routine project updates to our customers and attempts to streamline the customer service experience. Jackie is involved in gathering requirements, coordinating releases, and providing training to end users for our custom software solutions. She is proficient in using various Microsoft tools to track the progress of projects and the communication between Joink and its clients to bring customer projects to a successful conclusion.
