Josh Zuerner – Chief Technology Officer
Josh Zuerner is responsible for technology decisions and design strategies for Joink and its professional service clients. In addition to a successful history designing and implementing large scale voice and data networks, he is an accomplished networking professional and application developer. His experience includes 15 years of professional application development with a variety of programming platforms and production networking experience with the major network infrastructure platforms and protocols. His technical expertise includes server consolidation, desktop virtualization, application development, and data center infrastructure. Prior to his executive responsibilities at Joink, Mr. Zuerner was involved in the K-12 educational environment in both an instructional and management role. Mr. Zuerner earned a B.S. in Industrial Management at Purdue University.
Keith Vanwey – Chief Operating Officer
Keith Vanwey joined the company as Controller in 2002 following 10 years of professional experience as a licensed CPA, working in public accounting. Since that time, as Joink has expanded its services and grown in complexity, his duties have evolved to include all operational aspects of the company. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Indiana State University.
Brian Gray – Network Manager
In his role as Network Manager, Brian Gray is responsible for managing all aspects of the day-to-day technical operations of the Internet Service Provider (ISP) network, including the Company’s wireless network, DSL, and T1 data lines. Mr. Gray has more than 16 years of experience in information technology services and support. He has significant experience providing support to Higher Education, particularly in the deployment of new technology, computer repair, and all aspects of network infrastructure.
Russ Bensinger – Technology Services Group Manager
As the Technology Services Group Manager for Joink, Russ Bensinger is responsible for the management of software development and professional services. This work crosses a wide variety of efforts with special emphasis in telecommunications network and operations management systems, and software and database design for complex systems including ERP applications. He regularly reports to executive management on the financial and resource status of mission critical projects. Mr. Bensinger earned his B.S. in Computer Technology from Indiana State University. He has over 25 years of experience in medium and large scale enterprise information technology primarily in project management, strategic analysis, and planning technology and systems.
Aaron King – Hosting Operations Manager
Aaron King has over 11 years of technical and business management experience in Information Technology. As Hosting Operations Manager at Joink, Mr. King oversees all aspects of the server infrastructure and leads internal and customer facing software development initiatives. He is responsible for product strategy, design, development, delivery, and support in product areas such as dedicated hosting, shared hosting, web application development, storage systems, and business intelligence. Previously, Mr. King had executive responsibility for Web services in his own company and has served key roles in a number of successful start-up companies. He holds a B.S. from Indiana State University in Management Information Systems. Mr. King has significant experience as a programmer, database administrator, systems administrator, and consultant in the small to medium enterprise.
Lance Gahimer – Account Executive
Lance Gahimer joined the Joink team in 2004 and now serves as an account executive. Lance works closely with many of the small and mid-sized businesses that Joink serves providing solutions for customer service, employee productivity, and cost containment/expense reduction.
Mr. Gahimer has an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Ivy Tech and has received a number of certifications from manufacturers including Cisco, VMware, Ploycom, Shoretel, and ESI.
Prior to joining Joink, he worked in retail management with responsibility for managing staff, inventory, sales, and profit/loss. Lance brings organizational, customer service, and project management skills together with a sense of technical awareness to create a solid approach in servicing area businesses. He has the ability to bring strong solutions to the table to meet business challenges head on.

Lori Furniss – Contact Center Manager
As Contact Center Manager, Lori Furniss is tasked with building a foundation of procedures for delivering excellent customer service, including the implementation of methodologies to improve first call resolution, managing customer perceptions, and developing a strong, tiered technical staff. Prior to joining the Joink staff, Ms. Furniss was a manager holding positions within a Data Center (Mainframe and Open Systems), Help Desk, and Desktop Services. She has proven experience in building a successful corporate Help Desk environment and developing technical staff
